During your trial session, you will be met by one of our staff who will provide general information for you to know. During the trial session you will also be provided a mini-handbook which will have detailed instructions and a stamp sheet. You will observe, greet, and serve customers to a limited capacity during your trial period. All trainees are observed under government grade surveillance both on-site and from our remote office. It is advised to be your natural self, with an emphasis on taking care of our maid cafe and the customers. We take note of your enthusiasm and performance and will present our senior staff with a 54-point grading sheet.
Parking: Please park in the front parking lot. If you are getting dropped off, please do it at the front of the maid cafe.
Punctuality: 10 Minutes before – on-time.
Tardiness: 10 Minutes – Notation. 30 Minutes – Infraction. 30+ Minutes – Cancellation.
During cancellation, please do not come to your assignment, we will not conduct our trial session.
Meals: Meals are not provided during trial sessions. Please bring your own meal or order meals with other staff.
Compensation: If your trial session consist only of observing and staff shadowing, you will not be provided any compensation. If your initial session goes well, and you are approved for customer/host/hostess interaction, your compensation will be matched by California minimum wage laws.
