Arcane Maid Café is a walk in café on regular days. Table reservations are the one thing we take bookings for: a set time, a table or the whole café for your group, food and drinks, small gifts and plenty of maid café fun.

Requesting a maid

You can request a favorite maid for your party. Maid requests are not guaranteed, since they depend on each maid’s schedule, and an extra charge applies.

Arcane Maid Café is alcohol free. Licensed bartenders for buyouts may be approved case by case.

How far in advance should I book?

Please send your request as early as you can, especially for weekends and full café buyouts. We confirm every party with you before it is booked.

Do I need a reservation to visit the café?

No. Regular visits are walk in. Reservations are only for group tables and full café buyouts booked on this page.

What does the $30 minimum per person cover?

It covers food, drink and gifts for each guest in your party.

How does the Birthday Bonus work?

The Birthday Bonus is +$80 and the birthday guest needs to show a valid ID on the day.

When can I book a full café buyout?

Full café buyouts are for up to 24 guests, after 8 PM on days without TCG events.

Can I request a specific maid?

Yes, you can ask. Availability is not guaranteed and an extra charge applies.

Can we bring alcohol?

Arcane Maid Café is alcohol free. Licensed bartenders for buyouts may be approved case by case.

Policies

Deposit and cancellation policy

A deposit of 50% of the estimated total is due when the reservation is placed. Your deposit is fully refunded if we can't confirm your date. Cancellations are allowed up to 2 days before your event. Your 50% deposit is refunded only if you cancel at least 1 week (7 days) before the event. Cancelling 2 to 7 days before the event forfeits the deposit. Reservations must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.
