E-commerce Store

  • Product Listings: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products.
  • Purchases: All purchases through our Site are subject to product availability. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Exchanges

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Arcane Cafe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Arcane Cafe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the United States.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Arcane Cafe and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Limitation of Liability
